Temporary Service Agreement
NANNY FEES:
Nannies registered with this agency
typically charge between $10 and $12 per hour with
a four hour minimum to our temporary clients with
1 –2 children. For 3 or more children,
the fee is $12.00 or $13.00 per hour with a four-hour
minimum. Client should pay nanny directly at the
end of her service. HOTEL CLIENTS: Nannies
usually charge a flat rate of $12 per hour for 1-
2 children and $13 or $14 per hour for three or more.
AGENCY
FEES:
There is a $50.00 registration fee for this
service. Also, agency referral fees are
$10 per caregiver per day for in town clients, and
$15.00 per day to our hotel clients. We request a
credit card payment for this fee. We will call you
to confirm receipt of your agreement and to obtain
your credit card number. You do not need to put it
on the contract.
Caregivers on the registry of NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS,
LLC cannot contact or work for any of the agency’s
clients without permission from NANNIES OF GREEN
HILLS, LLC. The client may not contact or work for
any of the caregivers of NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS,
LLC for the purpose of employing them without permission
from NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS, LLC. If the client decides
to permanently hire one of the caregivers sent to
them by NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS, LLC a permanent placement
fee will be required.
If someone other than the client leaves their children
with the caregiver, that additional person must have
a signed temporary contract on file with NANNIES
OF GREEN HILLS, LLC . Additional children must be
approved with the caregiver ahead of time, and their
fee will be calculated accordingly. Fee to agency
will be calculated at the rate of $15.00 per occasion.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: Client assumes all risk of damage or injury to persons or property that may occur to or by the Caregiver. Client shall hold NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS, LLC harmless and indemnify NANNIES OF GREEN HILLS, LLC from any claims, damages and/ or liability of any kind to persons or property, directly or indirectly related to the actions or inaction’s of the Caregiver.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Agency requires a minimum of
48 hours notice before the start of the event in
order to refund the fee. If cancelled on day of assignment,
client will be charged 1/2 of the agency’s
daily fee, and 1/2 of the 4 hour minimum pay ( to
be given to caregiver). If canceling a contract covering
48 hours or more, caregiver and agency will retain
one full day’s pay and charge will be applied
to credit card.
EMPLOYMENT TAXES: Caregivers provided under this
contract are employees of the client and not NANNIES
OF GREEN HILLS, LLC. All applicable federal and state
tax requirements pertaining to household employees
are the responsibility of the client. NANNIES OF
GREEN HILLS, LLC does not provide to clients, information
of a confidential nature for this purpose. Such information
may be obtained directly from the caregiver if required.
For clients requesting multiple caregivers for one
day or several days, the agency fee is due as retainer
prior to the caregivers and said retainer is non-refundable.
