About The Founder, Pat Lynch

Pat Lynch found the inspiration for Nannies of Green Hills when her daughter had difficulty finding a suitable nanny for her newborn baby. She found that other placement organizations were not as exacting in attention to detail as expected.

"I had been involved in the startup of three other businesses and saw the need for caregiver services with a personal touch," says Lynch. "Our caregiver services focus on attention to our clients and our nannies."

Customer satisfaction is her greatest reward. In her opinion, "There's nothing better than hearing, 'We love our nanny! She's great.'"
